Our team of coaches are highly qualified, highly passionate, and highly motivated Physical Education Teachers and Specialist Sport Coaches. Our mission is to provide all children with as many Physical Education opportunities as we can throughout the school holidays. Our focus here at AllSportsUK is to support, develop, and nurture children to strive towards creating a positive physical, mental, and social health for themselves and others around them.
All of our coaches are first aid trained, DBS checked, Safeguarding trained. As well as fully experienced in the teaching and coaching industry across all age groups of children.

AllSportsUK is a sports coaching organisation that provides a variety of sporting opportunities and experiences to a range of children across Lincoln, in conjunction with our community partnerships.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Coach to lead our AllSports sessions for children aged 4-16. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and coaching skills and a proven track record in working with children in a sporting capacity. This role requires an individual who can inspire and motivate children whilst ensuring coaching excellence and alignment with the company’s mission to provide a range of sporting possibilities and opportunities for all children.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high quality sporting sessions across a wide variety of sports that follow and enhance the national curriculum.
• Create and foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children to thrive.
• Manage and oversee any administration tasks relating to bookings, session planning, registers.
• Maintain relationships with our community partners and parents.
• Deliver robust and high levels of safeguarding, first aid and wellbeing of all children
• Responsibility for the setting up and closing down of the venue both before and after the sessions
Experience:
• Proven experience in a coaching leadership role to a wide age range of children
• Strong background in qualified sport/s or the teaching/coaching industry
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with coaches, assistants, parents, carers and guardians
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and practically regarding development and enhancement of sessions
• First aid training within a professional sporting capacity
Qualifications:
• A relevant degree or professional qualification in sports coaching or physical education is preferred but not essential; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Level 2 qualification in a desired sport

We are looking for 2 coaches across a variety of hours to suit individual preferences. There are 4 hours on a Saturday and/ or 4 hours on a Sunday, plus multiple hours available during school holidays.
